We view our commitment to the Health and Safety of our staff and those around us as paramount within the services we provide. We will never compromise on our commitment to safe ways of working.
All our staff hold valid ECS/CSCS cards (including office staff) as a minimum while all of our onsite engineers go through additional training to make sure we are qualified, safe and self-sufficient when attending a construction site.
Proudly, we are self-certified Personal Trackside Safety (PTS). This allows us to work on any rail site in the country without the project specific sponsor.
As well as attending specific training courses we also update staff on a regular basis with toolbox talks and health and safety updates. All documented and all audited on an annual basis.
In addition to the standard training for MEWP operation (IPAF) and tower scaffold erection (PASMA) we have dedicated staff who have gone through site supervisor training (SSSTS) along with advance climbing certification.
For every site we work on, we produce a full set of project specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). To do this we arrange a full site survey prior to starting the project, free of charge.
