Time-Lapse Construction Camera

Short-term or long-term hire

Short-term hire

Days or weeks, for a major lift, a bridge or crane installation, an event or a fit-out. Tower crane mounts are available for short-term coverage. Quoted per project.

Example: short-term cameras filmed the jacking of the Fulcrum sculpture at Broadgate.

Long-term hire

A camera on site for the whole build, taking images every few minutes, with monthly clips and a final film. From £220 per month.

Example: at London Luton Airport, three cameras filmed three years of redevelopment.

Several cameras or sites

Cover a large site from several angles, or several sites, with every camera in one secure portal and corporate access across projects.

Example: at Wembley Park we covered all nine active plots of an 85-acre development.

What every hire includes

  • Free site survey. Camera positions, 4G signal, brackets or towers, and what we need for the safety paperwork.

What does camera hire cost?

Long-term time-lapse camera hire starts from £220 per month. Short-term filming is quoted per project. The price depends on how long you need the camera, how many cameras, mains or solar power, how they are mounted and the films you want at the end. Every quote is confirmed after a free site survey, with no hidden costs.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum hire period?

No. We film projects of any length, from a few days for a major lift or event to builds lasting several years.

Do the cameras need power or Wi-Fi?

No Wi-Fi is needed: every camera has built-in 4G. Cameras run on 110 V or 240 V mains, or on solar power where the site has no supply.

Can the camera be moved during the hire?

Yes. Camera moves are included, so the view can follow the build.

Who looks after the camera?

We do. We monitor every camera remotely and our engineers maintain it for the whole hire.

Can we use the footage for marketing?

Yes. Your footage is yours to use on your website, social media, case studies, award entries and presentations.

What happens at the end of the hire?

We remove the cameras, edit your final film with you, and keep the portal open free for six months.
