No static IP or firewall changes needed. Because the app pushes images straight to the cloud, you don’t need to open your firewall or set up a static IP.
Remote control of capture settings. For example, you can update the interval and recording times remotely, any time.
Record for as long as you need. The app uploads images to Site Eye’s secure cloud storage and then deletes them from the camera automatically, so it never runs out of space — even on a multi-year project.
Keeps working through internet outages. If the connection drops, the app keeps capturing images locally, then uploads everything once the link is back.
A portal built for sharing. Our secure online Portal lets your clients view time-lapse stills and movies in one place. For example, they can compare images across dates, build their own clips, or watch clips from our editors. You can also brand the Portal with your own logo, and clients using BIM 360 can embed it directly on their project dashboard.
Monthly edited clips
In addition, each month, our editing team creates a manually edited time-lapse clip for every camera — ready to view or download from the Portal.
Custom edits on request
You can request special edits too, for example for topping-out parties or board meetings.
Mobile access
You can also view images and videos on the go, through the Portal or our iOS and Android apps.
A final film at project close
Our editors produce the final movie once the project ends, and you or your client can supply text and graphics to include.

Before you start, think about what you want the final movie to show — perhaps one long shot of the whole project, or several cameras covering different angles. Don’t worry about getting it perfect: our editors will work with you at the end to cut between cameras.

The app runs on Dahua Series 5 and Series 7 cameras. For the best results, choose a 4K model, though several Full HD cameras also perform well.
